Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order on the specified date received at the time of placing your order.

We can only deliver orders placed between Monday 1 PM and Wednesday 12 PM, any orders received after are for collection only. 

Any delivery instructions must be entered at the time of ordering, as issues with delivery caused by a lack of information could result in a failed delivery, and a refund would not be given. If you are not able to receive the flowers in person on the day of delivery, you are responsible to leave clear instructions on where to leave the delivery. 

Should you refuse the delivery, please note that we cannot provide a refund for the items we attempted to deliver.

In the event of a failed delivery due to Devon Flower Cooperative, such as traffic delays, weather delays, a broken down vehicle or a failed crop etc we would in the first instance offer a credit to you for your next order.

Should you wish to do something different with your credit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your credit so we can resolve. 


Please note, products are sold as is. No refunds will be made after payment for purchased items.

Flowers are perishables and there maybe occasions where we must substitute an item. We will of course always do our utmost to provide you with an item as similar as possible to your original product. 

If we have needed to substitute, this will be indicated on your order prior to delivery, and at delivery.
